I wouldnt count co captain yet...now that he's being monitored, the units arent quite as "positive" as they were before....would probably help if he was ahead before he tries to sell them.....

Will be an advantage if his buyers are local, cuz they will want to get those "local" numbers he has the advantage of getting...
